Have you ever wondered what the United States national debt was? Of course not. Why worry about economic disasters. But I did come across an amazing website that showed some startling information. No, it is not just another national debt counter that never ends. Oh wait, yes it is. But it is much more than that! This thing will blow your mind. Just sit and stare at this website for a while until your head explodes.

Then again, why not visit the actual U.S. Government’s website on the issue.  Now unfortunately it is not the fancy streaming numbers like the website above but what is interesting is the amount of times the debt has actually gone down over the last 100 years (twice) and when we were last debt free as a country (never).  We are just a pyramid scheme waiting to collapse folks.
